Baabai is a phone line for practising job interviews. This page explains what we keep and why, in plain words. Questions or requests: hello@baabai.com.

If you leave your email here

We keep your email address and the date you left it, only to tell you when Baabai arrives. We never sell it or share it for marketing. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

If you call the practice line

• No audio is ever kept. Your call is turned into text so we can write your feedback, and the recording is not stored.
• We keep your phone number, the call's text transcript and your report, so we can text you feedback and build on your progress next time.
• Your report is private. It opens only from a link texted to your phone, and the link stops working after 30 days.
• Transcripts and report content are deleted after one year. Our voice provider deletes its own copy of the call after 30 days.
• If you used an employment counsellor's code, their organization sees only totals, such as how many clients practised and average scores. They never see your report or what you said, unless you share it with them.
• Reply STOP to any text and we'll never text you again.

Who helps us run it

We use a small number of service providers to run the line: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Twilio (phone calls and texts), ElevenLabs (the interviewer's voice) and Anthropic (writing your feedback). They process data only to provide their service to us.
